Science Speaks Organization Chapter
Started in California in 2019, Science Speaks Laguna, Philippines is one of the expanded chapters of the Science Speaks Organization. The international student-led organization is committed to serving high school and college students valuable information about courses in the STEM field. By providing them opportunities to interact with professionals in the industry, we believe that this will encourage learners to pursue a degree in any branch of Science.
Mission
Science Speaks Laguna is determined to encourage learners in pursuing STEM-related courses for their higher education by providing them opportunities to interact with successful professionals in the field of their chosen career.
Vision
We envision a community where students are striving to attain a STEM-related degree to serve the nation for the greater good.
What We Do
We provide our audience with monthly articles about careers in the STEM field and contemporary Science-related issues. Also, we host fun events and activities such as Speaker talks "Science Speaks" from scientists and professionals, games, and at-home experiments. There are many more projects you should watch out for from Science Speaks Laguna!

Hi! I'm Daniela, a prospective BS Biology Major in Medical Biology (BIOMED) student this coming October. I joined Science Speaks and started my own chapter here in Laguna because I wanted to have an activity that would boost my leadership skills, and at the same time, prepare me for the career path that I'm taking by learning from the professionals themselves. I hope that Science Speaks Laguna creates an impact on you and your journey to a STEM career.
